Officer Jason Graf - Otto

K9/Handler Team Otto-Graf joined together in April of 2020.  Otto is a three year old “Jagd Terrier” which in German translates to Hunt Terrier. These dogs were designed for hunting above and below ground and are suited for small spaces.  Otto is a Single purpose Drug Detection Dog and his determination, drive, and inquisitive nature are perfect for the job he is assigned to do.  Team Otto-Graf have seen much success in detecting illicit drugs in vehicles on traffic stops.  Otto is touted as being the brains and looks of the duo and leaves the rest of the work to his partner J. Graf.  Otto’s previous handler was Officer M. Harper and Graf attributes much of Otto’s success to the valiant efforts and time put in by Officer Harper and the phenomenal training efforts of multiple K9 Instructors..
