I joined Unified Police Department in February 2017. I knew from the moment I decided to pursue being a police officer that getting onto the K9 team was the one thing I wanted to do. I haven’t been on the team long, but it’s everything I imagined and so much  more.

Jinx became a member of this team on September 4, 2019. We started training together that day, and spend the majority of our day together. Jinx loves to play fetch and loves picking on the other 3 dogs in our home.

Jinx is a cross between German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois. She was born in the Czech Republic and is 16 months old.
